Three-Breasted)
Wife of St. Fragan and mother
of Sts. Withnoc, Jacut, Winwaloë, and Cadfan, our holy mother Gwen was
called the "Three-Breasted" because, after caring for her first
children, she took on the care of additional children. (It does not
mean she literally had three breasts.). Forced to flee Britain, the
family fled to Brittany where they helped to spread the Orthodox Faith.
